Well today the countdown has begun! We are shutting down here at work in 3 days! And it will be a test for my sanity and in eating clean. We have our company breakfast and lunch on Friday. As well lots of eating on the weekend. So I aim to keep on track and not to gain any weight over the holiday! I will eat clean and especially before leaving the house to resist temptation.

I, too, am following Tosca's Eat Clean program & I've lost 45 lbs so far. I have about 90 more to go.
I'm a true convert! It's never been so effortless for me to eat well AND lose weight.
It's good to see you were able to convert 2 of your friends. I was able to do it with one so far and a few bloggers as well!
